Is my dashboard screenshot secure?+

Yes. The screenshot is held in memory only for the duration of the analysis, then discarded. We do not save your image to disk, we do not log its contents, and we do not pass it to any third party other than Anthropic for the analysis itself. The connection is HTTPS end to end.

Will my data be used to train AI models?+

No. The analysis runs through Anthropic's commercial Claude API. Per Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through the API is not used to train their models. Anthropic retains API inputs only for short-term abuse monitoring as documented in their Trust Center.

Who at QuickLaunch sees my screenshot?+

Nobody. Screenshots flow directly from your browser to the analysis service and never land in a QuickLaunch database, inbox, or analyst's view. The audit you receive is the only artifact that exists after the run.

Why is this free?+

DashIQ is a sample of the work QuickLaunch Analytics does. If the audit is useful and your dashboard problem traces upstream to your data foundation, we want to be the obvious next call. We do not charge or upsell during the audit itself.

Do I need to provide my email?+

To see your score, no. To unlock the full findings, the annotated screenshot, and the PDF report, yes. We use your email to send you the report and to follow up if you want help. We do not sell or share your information.

What if my dashboard isn't Power BI?+

DashIQ is tuned for Power BI specifically (themes, slicers, the new Card visual, drill-through, etc.) but the underlying data visualization principles apply to any BI tool. If you upload a Tableau or Looker Studio screenshot, the score and general findings will still be useful, just less Power BI specific.
